Cuban saxophonist Paquito D'Rivera and Spanish pianist Chano Chano Domínguez, two pioneers of the new Latin jazz fusion style, dazzle in this 2006 performance from Madrid's Teatro Real. Against a backdrop of sets depicting the Quartier Latin from Giancarlo del Monaco's "La Bohème," D'Rivera and Domínguez lead a six-piece combo that sets jazz alight with flamenco, tango, African, bolero and other influences.
