When travelers on a plane become ill, the virus they carry spreads quickly through a Los Angeles hospital and soon endangers the entire city population. Tasked with finding a cure, epidemiologist Kayla Martin (Tiffani Thiessen) and her assistant (French Stewart) race against time.
