This star-studded film, featuring the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Ed Norton and directed by Jeff Dupre, documents the efforts of one girl, Kelli Peterson, to fight discrimination in deeply conservative Salt Lake City. Her goal: To form a club for gay, lesbian and straight teens at her high school that would bring about open discussion on the subject of sexuality -- a plan that many other students, their parents and much of the community oppose.
