Tanaka (Toshiharu Sakurai), a rabid anime fan, introduces his friend Kubo (Kôji Tsujitani) to his passion. Kubo soon becomes as fascinated as Tanaka, and the pair set out to become the foremost animators in the business with their stereotypical sex-bunny character, Misty May. Akio Ôtsuka narrates this hilarious mockumentary that pokes gentle fun at the conventions of anime and its legions of obsessive fans.
