The business of making people look good can be ugly -- at least for two plastic surgeons, Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon), who run a successful practice in Florida. This season, they both face the prospect of turning 40, an age that usually sends their patients into brutal self-assessments. But for Sean, it means repairing his fractured marriage, while Christian continues to blaze a trail of sexual excess.
