(2006)|
Searching for a group that embodies contemporary American music, a young filmmaker discovers the jam band Electric Apricot in this hilarious mockumentary directed by alt rocker Les Claypool. Following the clueless band as they hit nightclubs and the recording studio, the filmmaker hopes to capture their rise to success at the Festeroo music festival. Director Claypool (of Primus fame) hits the nail on the head with this spot-on subculture satire.
