Brothers Josh and Mike (Wings Hauser and Lee Montgomery) travel to a small Southern town for a vacation and find that most of the townsfolk are either dead or missing. The guys soon discover that a nearby chemical plant has been dumping toxic waste nearby, and it's infected the locals. Now, the townies are mutating into zombie vampires, and the brothers are forced to fight off a growing army of man-eating ghouls in this action horror fest.
