Emperor Tod (Jon Lovitz) of the planet Spengo kidnaps a suburban housewife in this sci-fi comedy. Bent on taking over the universe, Tod abducts ordinary Earthling Marge (Terri Garr) with designs to make her his Empress, and then threatens to destroy Earth unless she becomes his bride. It's up to Marge and her husband, Dick (Jeffrey Jones), to save mankind from the wrath of Tod. Eric Idle, Wallace Shawn and Kathy Ireland co-star.
