Comedy Central's hit variety series starring comedian Carlos Mencia is back for a fourth season, and this time around, his stand-up routines, man-on-the-street segments and sketches are more outrageous than ever. Mencia's biting jesting is often inspired by cultural stereotypes and politics, and with sketches about blue states vs. red states, violence against puppets and what made George W. Bush "so dumb," this season remains true to form.
