After a second-season cliffhanger that ended with a bang, this long-running nighttime sudser's third season picks up with a battered and bruised Michael (Thomas Calabro) awakening in the hospital to find he has amnesia. The police finger Jane (Josie Bissett) as the prime suspect in the attempted murder, but Sydney (Laura Leighton) or Kimberly (Marcia Cross) may have done it. Later, Jake (Grant Show) and Amanda (Heather Locklear) part company.
