The film version of this popular anime series -- in which mechanical lizards have taken over Earth and one advanced spacecraft is the only hope for survival -- picks up three years after the series left off. Danger ensues when a faction of Martians steal secrets that are vital to the Earth's continued existence. With the planet at stake, the original crew of the Nadesico reunites in an attempt to stop the group and save the day.
