First, Graham narrates the 1957 documentary A Dancer's World, which takes a look at her teaching method. Two ballet productions follow: "Appalachian Spring" (1959) -- set to a dramatic score by composer Aaron Copland -- pays homage to the pioneer spirit, while "Night Journey" (1961) interprets the Oedipus myth.
