Mike Connors stars as Armenian-American tough guy Joe Mannix, a hard-boiled Korean War vet turned private investigator employed by the ultra high-tech computerized detective agency Intertect. Under the command of company head Lew Wickersham (Joseph Campanella), Mannix takes on the most challenging cases, often finding himself up to his neck in danger.
