Government agent Daniel Leight (Jason Connery) is nearly killed in a freak mishap and discovers soon thereafter that he has the ability to move at the speed of light. When a lab experiment mutates a scientist into the evil Python (Daniel Goddard), Leight must learn to harness his newfound power.
