Comedian Lewis Black fires off searing political commentary in this HBO special from his Rules of Enragement tour, filmed live at New York City's Brooks Atkinson Theater. Best known as the angry curmudgeon on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," Black rants and rages about America's failures and back-sliding on hot issues such as homeland security, tax-cut benefits, international travel, the Martha Stewart scandal and those controversial WMDs.
