Playing Assistant District Attorney Serena Southerlyn, Elisabeth Röhm joins the cast (replacing Angie Harmon) for the Emmy-winning series' 12th year. In addition to true life-inspired episodes dealing with celebrity arrests and the disappearance of a state senator's pregnant intern, the shocking events of Sept. 11, 2001, are dramatically incorporated into the season. Guest stars include Gary Busey and Cathy Moriarty.
