Everybody's favorite lollipop-licking cop, Kojak (Telly Savalas), returns for a third season of catching the bad guys on the mean streets of New York, including a loan shark who framed an innocent man. Kojak also nails a major drug dealer, battles an alcoholic ex-cop, falls under the shadow of a mob contract on his life and finds himself on the FBI's bad side for pushing an investigation further than the bureau would like.
