With the help of his imagination and his close friends, Tiger, Jake, Pig and Arnold, fun-loving dog Kipper embarks on a series of adventures that finds him joining the circus, becoming a pirate, taking a magical balloon trip and going to the fair. Sure to be inspired by Kipper's good-natured manner and love of life, young viewers will learn about courtesy, cooperation and using their imaginations.
