Half-breed gunfighter Keoma (Franco Nero) returns to his hometown to find it overrun by a hideous plague. What's worse, Caldwell, the boss of the town, won't let any medical supplies in -- or let any people out. After saving a beautiful woman (Olga Karlatos) from the affliction, Keoma begins purging the real problem -- Caldwell and his men. Combines the operatic conventions of spaghetti Westerns with the slow-motion shootouts of Sam Peckinpah.
