Kevin Spacey plays Prot, an extraterrestrial from the planet K-PAX (or so he'd have us believe). Psychiatrist Jeff Bridges doesn't buy any of Prot's bilge -- that is, until the Ray-Ban-wearin' spaceman starts talking to dogs (and understanding them!) and pulling off other artful tricks like a funkified Mary Poppins. It's entertainment so far out, all we can say is, "Beam us up!"
