Soul great Johnnie Taylor enjoyed a celebrated music career that lasted for more than four decades. The former gospel performer went through several genre changes, including a flirtation with Disco in the 1970's. Here, he performs live in Dallas, Texas (his hometown) at the Longhorn Ballroom. Filmed in 1997, Taylor performs a stellar set which includes some of his classics, including "Disco Lady" and "Who's Makin' Love."
