Jerrica Benton is the responsible owner of a foster home for girls who specialized in music. But when she projects a holographic image over herself via some magical earrings, she becomes her alter ego, Jem, whose musical group (Kimber, Aja, and Shana) tries to top the charts in spite of their fierce rivals The Misfits.
