A discussion about Communism turns into a full-fledged fight for democracy in this fantastical thriller. The conversation begins with a stranger (Dan O'Herlihy) broaching the subject, and soon, all hell breaks loose, with Communists invading the country and setting off bombs. Amid the chaos, love blooms for a reporter (Gerald Mohr) trying to get at the truth and a rich girl (Peggie Castle) plucked from her sheltered existence.
