Into the West

After his wife's death, an alcoholic father who once lived a gypsylike existence retires with his two sons to a dreary Dublin tenement. But their outlook brightens considerably when the children's grandfather brings them a white stallion he found near the Irish Sea. When an unethical cop takes the stallion away and sells him to a breeder, the boys, desperate to get him back, set out on an adventurous rescue mission through the Irish countryside.
