When a body turns up in an upstate New York river, worn-out alcoholic cop Joe Weldon's (John Littlefield) investigation leads him to a shady hustler (Kevin Dillon) and a troubled young punk (Harley Cross), who both crossed paths with the dead man. As Weldon digs deeper into the events leading up to the crime, he's forced to examine his own personal demons. Written and directed by Ross Partridge, this indie crime drama co-stars Megan Dodds.
