Katie Liner (Kellie Martin) marries Johnny Pettit (Kevin Dobson) after a quick courtship. But the honeymoon is soon over when Johnny changes into an abusive monster. At her wit's end, a fearful Katie can't confide in anyone -- much less her own tyrannical father.
