I Got the Hook Up

Flea market junk sellers Black (Master P) and Blue (A.J. Johnson) try to cash in on a shipment of cell phones after Black cons the delivery man. Black's girlfriend (Gretchen Palmer) boosts their business by giving them access numbers through the cell phone company. But when the phones start crossing signals, a local gangster leads the pack of angry customers. Meanwhile, the guys try to evade a fraud investigator and the FBI.
