From 1974 to 1991, Dennis Rader (played here by Gregg Henry) tortured and killed 10 people in the small town of Wichita, Kan. Known as the BTK Killer for his modus operandi to bind, torture and then kill his victims, Rader remained at large for more than 30 years until his eventual high-profile capture in 2005. Robert Forster (Jackie Brown, Firewall) co-stars as Detective Jason Magida, the lead investigator charged with bringing Rader to justice.
