Patsy Kensit escapes from a mental institution and tracks down her psychiatrist (Patrick Muldoon), whom she thinks is the modern incarnation of Jack the Ripper. Better yet, she imagines she's his mistress from a previous life. As the bodies pile up, Patsy takes her shrink's wife (Amy Locane) and daughter hostage, but Muldoon's got plans to make the inevitable showdown the last session -- ever!
