Logan McQueen (Burt Reynolds) is one of the toughest cops around. So, when Miami becomes the target of a series of terrorist bombings, Logan is immediately brought in. Desperately looking for answers with his partner, Det. Charlie Durning (Charles Duffy), Logan befriends a local convict who says he has visions of the attacks and can predict where they'll happen next. With this new information, will Logan and Charlie manage to stop the killers?
