The lives of four families shattered by gun violence intersect in this miniseries that stars Colm Feore as Paul Duguid, a government-licensed arms dealer who does big business on the side shilling weapons to street criminals. Duguid's had no problem evading arrest -- that's why they call him "Mr. Teflon" -- but when his son Bobby (Gregory Smith) gets tied up in a murder rap, he finds his life unraveling. Elisha Cuthbert co-stars.
