Things are hoppin' in Hooterville in the third season of the down-home adventures of transplanted New York lawyer Oliver Douglas (Eddie Albert) and his high-society wife, Lisa (Eva Gabor). Among the memorable moments: Oliver tries to improve the farm town's phone service and ends up becoming president of the Hooterville Phone Co.; Lisa gets in a jam when she tries to make preserves; and Arnold the pig falls in love with Mr. Haney's hound dog.
