James Franco directs and stars in this drama about two genius brothers forever linked by family ties. When irresponsible Max (Franco) gets into trouble, successful doctor Adam (Matt Bell) comes to his rescue, an inescapable decision that alters the rest of their lives. The brothers move to California, where Max's inability to stay on the straight and narrow will have a lasting effect on Adam. Wilmer Calderon co-stars.
