Dalal Achar directs this captivating production of Adolphe Adam's classic ballet about a beautiful peasant girl who dies of a broken heart when she learns that the love of her life is already betrothed to another. Joined by Rio de Janeiro's Ballet Teatro Municipal and dancing opposite Anna Botafogo as Giselle, Cuban-American dancer extraordinaire Fernando Bujones turns in a spellbinding performance as Count Albrecht.
