Gene Autry Collection: The Strawberry Roan

As Walt (Jack Holt) tries to show his son Joe (Dickie Jones) how to break wild stallion Champ, the roan throws and seriously injures the boy. Walt insists that the untamable horse be put down, but foreman Gene Autry takes matters into his own hands. Training Champ, he soon reunites Joe with the steed, believing their connection will help Joe to heal. Pat Buttram co-stars in Autry's first color picture.
