Spain's answer to Lon Chaney, venerable horror actor Paul Naschy, stars in this bizarre horror tale about a reluctant werewolf desperately seeking a cure for his affliction. When he's certain the moon isn't full, he visits the shop of a husband-and-wife apothecary team in hopes that they can fix what ails him. But his hosts turn out to be a pair of perverse bloodsucking vampires who delight in torturing any werewolf who happens upon their lair.
