When FBI agent Jake Kelly's (James Van Der Beek) investigation into the murder of a Taiwanese-American professor takes him to Taiwan in pursuit of the killers, he soon find himself at odds with everyone -- including his own government -- as he begins to uncover secrets. Adam Kane directs this 1980s-set thriller that's based on actual events and stars John Heard as Kelly's partner, Leslie Hope as a detective and Will Tiao as a Taiwanese activist.
