Although he's a member of the emperor's royal guards, Fat (Stephen Chow) is blissfully ignorant about the art of kung fu, mostly because he'd rather be tinkering with his futuristic inventions. But when the emperor (Tat-Ming Cheung) is kidnapped by a group that wants the ruler dead, Fat will have to apply his passion to save the day. Will a beautiful distraction -- in the form of a deliberately planted prostitute -- derail him from his duties?
