Now, brother Milo (Tao Ruspoli) and friend Bella (Olivia Wilde) have to somehow get their hands on the necessary $5,000 deposit and Leo through the clinic's doors. It's a wild one-day trip through Beverly Hills mansions, Watts housing projects and East Los Angeles chop shops in an odyssey filled with motley characters, a video camera and a stolen car.
