Fishbone made a name for themselves during the late 1980s with their eclectic blend of soul, funk, reggae, punk and ska. This documentary takes an in-depth look at the 2001 recording session that the band held in the free, community-owned studio called the Hen House. Crackling with electricity, the lively group performs such tracks as "Frayed F*cking Nerve Ending," "Skank 'N Go Nutts," "Last Dayz" and "Critical Times."
