Abandoned as a baby, Fiona (Anna Thomson) grew up in abusive foster homes and now lives her life as a crack-addicted prostitute. When Fiona kills three policemen, she ends up taking refuge in a neighborhood crack house, where she meets Anita (Felicia Maguire), an older woman whose life is eerily similar to hers. It soon becomes apparent, however, that the connection may not end there in this dark drama.
