Director Giuliano Carnimeo's gritty spaghetti Western stars Jeffrey Hunter as Joe Collins, a disgraced and bitter ex-soldier who -- persuaded by a pouch of gold and the promise of more -- comes to the aid of revenge-minded Lisa Martin (Pascale Petit). When a band of cutthroats kills her brother and makes off with a fortune from the Martins' gold mine, Joe straps on his guns and lights out after the brutal gang leader and his toothless henchmen.
