A two-part miniseries from Showtime, directed by David Attwood and written by Stephen Tolkin. This well-acted, somewhat uneven drama follows the rise of leader Fidel Castro in Cuba -- focusing largely on Castro's relationship with revolutionary Che Guevara. Victor Huggo Martin stars as Castro, and Gael Garcia Bernal plays Guevara. Cecilia Suarez gives a notable performance as Celia Sanchez, one of Castro's many sexual conquests.
