When a band of terrorists led by Lou Kramer (Anthony Perkins) commandeers a Norwegian vessel and threatens to blow up two North Sea oil rigs, cocky adventurer-for-hire Rufus Excalibur Ffolkes (Roger Moore) is called to save the day in this gripping thriller. Short of military resources and running out of time, the authorities turn to wealthy mercenary Ffolkes to take out the terrorists. James Mason co-stars.
