Marking Giulini's triumphant return to the opera world after a 14-year self-imposed absence from the conductor's podium, the production features renowned baritone Renato Bruson singing the title role. Katia Ricciarelli matches Bruson as Mrs. Alice Ford in this popular opera based on Shakespeare's "The Merry Wives of Windsor."
