After escaping from a high-security mental asylum along with two other patients, Jim Mix (Salvator Xuereb) is in for one bizarre experience after another as he attempts to return to the life he once had in False River. While a security guard trails Jim, his pal Charles (George Faughnan) and the other escapee on their epic comic journey, the trio soon realizes that the outside world is crazier than anything found within the asylum walls.
