Life's not easy for 13-year-old Chris (Tyler James Williams). With strict, hardworking parents (Terry Crews and Tichina Arnold), he's expected to look after his younger brother (Tequan Richmond) and baby sister (Imani Hakim) while attending a nearly all-white junior high school. Comedian Chris Rock narrates this critically acclaimed series, based on his memories of growing up in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood in the early '80s.
