An FBI agent is tracking a serial killer who uses his victims as clues to reveal a conspiracy: A government experiment gone wrong created a killing machine from the DNA of the world's most notorious serial killers, and the killer now seeks to destroy the surviving members of the families that his original personas slaughtered.
