Affected at a young age by an encounter with Elvis, Harmony Jones (Kim Basinger) has devoted her life to selling cosmetics from her big, pink car. But when she accidentally kills a pair of Elvis impersonators, her run from the law leads her to (where else?) Las Vegas.
