Originally known as "These Friends of Mine," this was the first sitcom Ellen DeGeneres starred in. DeGeneres plays Ellen Morgan, a high-strung, thirty-something woman who works in a bookstore. She and her quirky circle of friends try to make it through the everyday trials and tribulations of life with a smile on their face and their sanity intact. Includes recurring roles from Clea Lews and David Anthony Higgins.
